Immunization must be up to date for school enrollment

Immunization Clinic at Precision High School provided at no cost to students. To qualify for this service one of these must apply:

1. Child has NO health insurance
2. Child is on AHCCCS
3. Child is Native American
4. Child has KIDS CARE
5. Child has insurance that does not cover immunizations
